Everything you need to run a beautiful, low-stress hat bar arrives with our crew. You choose the styling direction; we bring the caps, the equipment, the designs, and the people who make it look effortless. Here is exactly what a booked station includes.
The caps
We source quality blank caps in the colors and cuts that suit your wedding. Popular picks are the Richardson 112 trucker for a relaxed welcome-party feel, low-profile Flexfit fitted caps for a cleaner reception look, and unstructured dad caps for guests who want an everyday hat. We confirm quantities against your guest count with a comfortable buffer so nobody misses out.
The personalization
Two finishes cover almost every wedding. The first is a genuine leather-look patch engraved with your monogram, last name, or wedding date, then heat-pressed onto the cap. The second is a full-color heat-transfer — florals, a custom crest, a phrase from your invitation — pressed on live. We can offer both at the same station and even switch designs between the welcome party and the reception.
The crew
A trained Merch Troop operator runs each press head and a host manages the guest line, lays out design choices, and keeps things moving during the after-dinner rush. Staffing is billed at $250 per hour and includes setup and teardown, so your planner never has to babysit the station.
The setup
We arrive early, dress the table to match your palette, and need only a standard power outlet and roughly a six-by-eight-foot footprint — easy to place near the bar or the dance floor. When the night ends we pack out cleanly and leave the space exactly as we found it.
